## Affiliate Program (Detailed)

The kute. Affiliate Program rewards users in satoshis for bringing in new active users. Operated by Rexmo Technologies OÜ, paid over the Lightning Network. No fiat, no points system, no minimum payout.

### Enrollment
1. Visit https://kutewallet.com/affiliate.
2. Sign in with **Google or Apple**. Email/password sign-up is intentionally not supported, to prevent bulk-signup and sybil farming.
3. Link a Telegram account from the affiliate area. Milestone rewards and referral earnings cannot be disbursed until Telegram is linked.
4. Configure a Lightning address (any Lightning address works, including the user's own @paykute.com address).
5. Share the unique affiliate link or promotional code. The link/code must be applied **before** the referred user's first in-app activity.
6. kute. reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate participation at its sole discretion.

### Test claim (onboarding incentive — not a milestone)

### Monthly cap
Total milestone-based rewards (including second-level cuts) per affiliate: **100,000 sats per calendar month**. Activity beyond the cap generates no additional rewards and does not roll over.

### Payout mechanics
- Paid in **sats** over the **Lightning Network** to the affiliate's configured Lightning address.
- **No payout schedule, no batching, no waiting period, no minimum payout threshold.**
- Distributed on a **claim basis** through the official kute. Telegram bot (@getkute_bot). When a referred user runs `/milestones`, their reward and the affiliate cut are paid in the **same operation** — the affiliate doesn't claim separately.
- The affiliate is responsible for keeping their Lightning address valid. kute. is not liable for undeliverable rewards.

### Tracking
Either (a) a unique affiliate link or (b) a promotional code entered manually. Attribution requires the link/code to be applied **before** the referred user's first in-app activity.

### Fraud prevention
kute. may cancel, suspend, withhold rewards, and reclaim previously paid rewards in cases of misuse, fraud, or terms violations. Self-referral, fake accounts, sybil farming, and automation are immediate-cancellation offenses. Manual review of any payout is permitted.

### Marketing materials, IP, confidentiality
Affiliates may only use official or pre-approved materials. Modifying official materials is prohibited. All kute. IP is exclusive property of Rexmo Technologies OÜ; the affiliate receives a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license. Confidentiality of non-public commission/performance data and unreleased features is required and survives program exit.

### Adjustments & governing law

kute. is a **technology provider, not a financial services provider**. It does not custody assets, does not hold values, does not participate in transaction execution or settlement, and does not collect, store, or process identifiable end-user personal data such as national IDs, names, or banking information. All identification, KYC/AML, payments compliance, and counter-terrorism-financing duties rest with the integrated payment providers.
